30 ml, Sinus Rinse Oil Dilution

Saline Rinse Solution: Add ~1/16 tsp baking soda & ~3/16 tsp salt to 8 fl-oz of warm water. (I use a ¼ tsp measuring spoon and dip it into the baking soda to fill ~1/4 of the measuring spoon and then finish it off with table salt.  Empty that into the bottle and you’re off to the races.)

Organic Ingredients: Oregano, Holy Basil, Clove, Lemon, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus, Rosemary and EVOO

Application: Add 2-6 drops of the oil mixture to a warm saline rinse solution. Shake well just before you rinse. Repeat after 30 minutes if needed.

(I use the NeilMed Sinus Rinse Plastic Bottle because it is easy to use and allows me to easily mix the oils into the sinus rinse solution.)
